Group Booking and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Late arrivals will be accommodated as our schedule allows. We kindly require 3 hours notice of cancellation or a 50% charge will incur. Please call (512) 814-0053 if you need to cancel, reschedule or are running late. We understand things happen. This notice allows us to attempt to fill your spot with another guest.

We want all of our guests to leave Professionally Polished. If your service didn’t meet the Coated expectation please phone the salon within 24 hours for an accurate evaluation by management of the problem. If the service did not meet Coated’s standards, a redo will be offered.

Group Booking – Our space is great for events and we love a good party! We’re happy to host your birthday, girl’s day, bridal, bachelorette or corporate party. We have a designated spot for all the gifts, drinks, food and pictures you bring to make your soiree more festive.

We can accommodate your group with advance notice giving you time to send invites and plan. Please call (512) 814-0053 or email info@coatednails.com to coordinate.

We have a few options for you–we have a private party room for $100/hour which is spacious, has modular furniture and is fully equipped for you to host while you and your friends receive services by our nail technicians. The other option is to rent the entire salon and close it to outside guests for $200/hour while you and your friends receive their services by our nail technicians. With either option, you can bring food, drinks and decorations to celebrate!

A group booking is 3 guests or more. Our talented staff will arrange all the manicure and pedicure services, put your credit card on file and confirm all the appointments. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance 100% of rental fees and scheduled services will be billed.  Late group guest arrivals will be assessed a fee.

This policy ensures we are properly staffed, allows extra attention for your group along with blocking our schedule for other guest bookings.

There is a $300 Cleaning/Damage Fee charged if there is needed cleaning or damage upon checkout.
